Went to ER on advice of medical nurse. Ins info provided at intake, I was treated and released. All bills were denied as not covered. Agent Rhonda Pippin from the Pippin Agency told me to send her the claims denials and she would help. Zero response. Then asked again to resend, again zero response. This agency and this company are at the very bottom of the scum pond that is insurance business in Texas.
