We too had a $139.95 charge from Galleria USA on our credit card. Never heard of the company.
I called the phone number provided and was told our "membership was cancelled" and to expect a credit in 2 to 3 billing cycles.
We will be writing a letter to our credit card company to make sure this charge is entered for dispute - just in case they don't follow through with the credit!
