I was cold-called in 2001 to buy artwork from Gallerie Concorde at a wonderful price, according to the rep. at the time. Over 2 years, I (foolishly) purchased a total of 10 pieces of art from GC by Peter Max and other "Famous" artists. In 2005, I tried to sell some of the pieces. I was told that I was number 4 in line... called again in 2006- had moved to number 1... found this website for complaints against GC and wanted to throw up. Yes, I was stupid to believe any cold-calls, but we must do something. Would someone who is planning any legal action against these thieves please contact me. I have about $20,000 invested in this fiasco, so any recovery would be some comfort!

Please consider amending your original complaint. The proper spelling of their name is "Galerie Concorde" - only 1 l. This would help anyone searching for information on these guys.
