Another Lindal unregistered General Contractor

A check with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries requires that General Contractors be registered / licensed.
Gallup Building and Design is NOT listed as being registered with the State of Washington! Although Gallup Building & Design claims to be and offer general contracting services on the Lindal website.
While Lindal claims all their dealers to be "Experts", one would expect an expert that needs to be licensed and registered within their state would be! And the only reason that they would not be is that they are tryting to hide something!
Please file a complaint with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industry, the FTC and the Washington State Attorney General (They often look the other way unless many complaints are received).
Post your complaint everywhere you can on the Net to help prevent others from being victimized by the Lindal family of thieves!

You can see our story below yours! The best way to resolve your situation would be to contact others who have successfully gotten their deposit back from Lindal or their local Dealer. Yes, there are those who have received their money back. Making your story public, as you have here, is the first step.
The next step would be to communicate with others in your area. You are welcome to use one of the websites listed in the rebuttal to make contact with others in your situation.

I see you are the second victim on Ripoff from Washington State having this very same problem. The Lindal band of Gypsy thieves all go to the same school of deceptive business practices! Please read the report filed by Steve and Mariam on Ripoff!
You will be able to contact them by through the lindalripoffs website or fraudbusters at hotmail. They have a fairly good attorney and they may be able to give you a helping hand! Plus either of these two contacts can help you maintain your sanity as Lindal, their totally dishonest and deceptive dealer and their attornies try to convince you that the Lindal way of doing business is YOUR fault!
You may also be able to contact Paul S a Seattle attorney that helped another Lindal victim several years ago. He is very good and is open to helping other Lindal customers.
As an ex Lindal customer I have experienced firsthand the lies, deception, fraud, kickbacks, bogus charges, inflated charges, veiled threats from the dealers attorney, the conspiracy between Lindal in Seattle and out of state dealers to deceive you from the very begining! You are not the first and you won't be the last!
Sir Walter's "Cedar kingdom" shows signs of ROT to the very core! Make noise and lots of it! Post everywhere about your problem. Consumeraffairs website also has some recent Lindal postings! Another source for complaints is Homeowners against Deficient Dwellings (HADD). They have just created a space for Lindal complaints and have a ton of information about arbitration. Lindals favorite weapon!
