Galore Moving & Storage Total Scam!!! moving ripoff Van Nuys California

Galore Moving and Storage arrived at my home in San Diego on August 22, 2004 to pick up my belongings, which were supposed to be delivered to Utah within 7-14 days. As of today, October 29th, I still have not received my items. Coincidentally, I also have not received a return phone call from the bastards since they left with my items in August, even though I have called their office daily.

This afternoon, I spoke with Galore's "Claim's Department," who indicated that Galore has gone out of business. PLEASE CALL THEM @ 623-551-3248. THEY ARE A "JOY" TO SPEAK WITH!! They claim that are unable to get into contact with Galore at this point, despite the fact that Galore pays them for their services monthly!!

Additionally, my research has revealed that Diamond Relocations may be affiliated with Galore Moving. For those of you who have spoken with Galore's infamous aswering machine, you may find the voice at this number strangely familiar! 1-877-666-9876. The representative says his name is Alan. Sounds like "Adam," the same guy from Galore who booked my move back in August. When I asked them about their affiliation with Galore Moving, they put me on hold, spoke to me for a minute, and then hung up. Hmm....

I am currently working with three law enforcement agencies. I have contacted the BBB, the DOT, the LA District Attorney's Office, and LA County's Consumer Affairs Division. These guys are going down one way or another!!! I will research this matter until I receive my personal items or until I see them in court.
