My phone had rang for 2 weeks in a row when these oriental people kept asking for my husband (and could not properly pronounce his name). They were offering him some type of long distance service and FREE calling card. We repeatedly DECLINED this offer and asked them time and time again to STOP calling.
Finally the calls seemed to stop so we thought everything was fine until we noticed an UNAUTHORIZED charge of $60.88 on our credit card from this company. They used our Visa check card and it was taken directly out of our checking account. Our bank refused reimbursement of it until we FOUGHT the company and PROVED that it was unauthorized.
We are in the process now of HOPEFULLY getting a reimbursement after FINALLY getting a hold of a HUMAN at the company. They claim it will take up to 2 weeks for a credit. This is nonsense and I think that this company should have the pants sued off of them! The phone number for these people is 702-932-#### and 1-800-273-#### FYI.
