This firm continues to send letters to my (small) business concerning a garnishment of an employee salary.  I call, and get transferred to another number, leave a message, but they will not call back.  After more attempts I finally got to speak to a person and explained that the employee named in the garnishment has not worked for us in several years.  The woman says I should send documentation to which I replied that I'm telling you that the person does not work for me.  She says the letter is a court order and that I should send all payroll records.  I sent them a fax that the person does not work for us and to please stop harrasing me (as the letter from them said to write reasons directly on the letterhead) but that was not good enough still saying that the letter is a court order.  This firm obviously tries to bully people... I told them to send a subpoena.  Obviously a shyster law firm that thinks people are stupid.
