My story is simply this .......... Allen Publishing company of Salt Lake City, Utah, offers a magazine entitled the Game Bird Gazette. I ordered the magazine in January, 2013. I'm yet to receive my 1st issue of the publication.I've made several contacts with the company , emails and phone calls, at which time i've been promised that the issue had been corrected and I would be receiving the next issue.
I (like the person from Orlando) over a month ago requested, in writing, a full refund and have not heard a word from anyone at this firm.
Now they won't even answer the phone, you just get a recorded message. Also, I can't find any address for Allen Publishing Company in Salt Lake City, Utah.
