I have tried to cancel my membership to Gamehouse twice by phone. There is no way to do it on their site. After speaking to the gentleman, thinking I had closed the account, I went to the e-mail he said he sent me.

The e-mail states it was confirming my account will remain active and I will be billed again next month. Really, the Attorney General of California should get involved in this fraudulent company. If you search the internet, you will find many, many other complaints of this nature.
