Well like so many others I am a huge wow fan, played over 2 years but gave up to to lack of time, I restarted it but time been little I bought an account from gamepal.com all seemed ok i got account name and log in in one hour, after a few weeks I asked for rest of details so I could make it my own and not have it taken off me but after 30 days still nothing, I emailed them around 10 times no no reply, I asked paypal to look into it and within 1 day i got a reply saying sorry gamepal was having problems and to deal with newbville.com just email them or call 0019196098901 0019197579648 0018282261493 and they will answer any questions, well I was happy as it seemed like a way to sort it but after 10 more emails to this company and getting not but auto reply saying.

On April 10th of this year, our company made some changes to our affiliate websites. Unfortunately, this caused some orders to have errors and they need to be reordered. For orders please simply reverse any paypal payments you may have sent us on or before April 10th. You will not be sought after for payment on these orders. Feel free to keep this email for your records in regard to that payment. Fortunately, the problems are fixed now and we gladly await your new orders. Please note that Gamewar.com and Gamepal.com are no longer working websites. This was part of the cause of the errors and the orders being lost. This is why we can not look this information up because we no longer have access to that information. You are welcome to reverse your payments if they do not seem to want to help you. We have no control over the payment situations. We apologize for this inconvenience. Again, this only affects those that have done any business with Gamewar and Gamepal.com and its affiliates up until April 10, 2008.

this is sent to you no matter what you ask them, so this left the phones numbers, yes maybe they would help me so I called them day and night and no answer just a answer phone on all 3 lines, then I get through and a guy says

"hello yes, can you help me i bought an account off gamepal and I am having problems..."
"Sorry say again"
"Is this the number for newbville.com?"
"no"
"is it 0019196098901"
"yes, but its not newbville.com, I have been getting 100s of calls of people about a game, i take they gave you 3 numbers?"
"Yes"
"well they all same place, and its pissing me off, sorry you been scammed as its nothing to do with me, I think they just pulled some company out yellow pages and give out there numbers to cover there backs while they scam people, I am getting my number changed"
"oh right........cya"
"bye"
Now if the 1st number was wrong you could think maybe it was mistake but 3 numbers means pure scam and they had the cheek to put them on paypal dispute board, it now looks like they will try to take account back off me and though they can I will do 1 of 2 things tell blizz and get it banned or delete the account.... so much money lost but lesson learnt but either way this company needs stop as if that guy is getting 100s of calls then sooooooooo many people been scammed.

Well newbvill.com said they aren't affiliated with gamewar.com or gamepal.com but ive been trying to sell my account to gamewar.com and gamepal.com its been way past the 72 hours and no money or replys so i did newbville.com and i used my order id on the gamewar.com order status link and it came up with my order how is that possible is newbville.com isnt affiliated with gamewar.com anymore. I've yet to see if newbville.com has purchased my account but i will let you guys know in a couple days if it passes the timeline they gave me.

I made a purchase with Newbville 19 May 2008 and had quick delivery (6hours) and have had success since the purchase with consistent contact with a sales rep.
+1 to Newbville and will continue to do business with them.

Well i got a reply I see and to be fair if you run a company that will not want bad press you would to try to smooth things over, but if you read my first post you see I had dealings with Newbville who said that there had been problems but dont worry email them or call 1 of 3 tel numbers they gave me, and well the email is auto reply, it dont matter what you email them it gets same reply though maybe its changed now, but I tried the whole "hey whats going on?
I need help on this? whats happening? I even just sent an email says mooo cow lol and all got same reply, and as for the Tel numbers the posted which at the time made me think oh joy they must be able to help...............well there not even there own tel numbers, they belong to some guy who has been getting calls morn noon and night....
I listed them above go try yourself, and Newbville had cheek to post this info on a dispute with paypal but paypal been paypal they would not pick up a phone and try them to see for themself it was a smoke screen to make them look like they helping me, so Gamepal is dead....and well Newbville says email me to sort..............how?
you dont reply/you auto reply/you blank emails....and give out faulse tel numbers, maybe a fax???? then again that prob be faulse and end up going to some French guy who sells bread or something, I would love to have there help but I will not hold my breath.

I'm the owner of Newbville.com My company used to be affiliated with Gamewar, Gamepal, and a couple of other companies. Yes, there were some major problems and that's exactly why I've severed that relationship. I hate to see bad feedback on my company and I wish that I could post the 100's of emails from satisfied Newbville.com customers on this site because I'm sure my word won't be good enough for you guys. However, all I can say is from now on I can promise trustworthy business practices from now on.
AGAIN: I'm NO LONGER AFFILIATED with Gamepal, Gamewar, or any of their affiliates.
For those of you who have had good experiences with my site in the past, I appreciate your business! For those of you who may have had problems, I wish you'd email me and I can talk with you directly on the changes we've made and explain why you should experience nothing but problem-free service from us in the future.
