On 8-26-08 I ordered 2 Limited Edition Nintendo DS Lite bundles from Gamestop.com as well as 4 games. I paid 18.99 extra to have the items delivered next day and received the items in 2 days. The ad for the Limited Edition Pokemon system states that it includes a LIMITED EDITION POKEMON T-SHIRT.

When the package arrived a day late it did not contain the t-shirts. I e-mailed the company and they responded that they were limited to 1st come 1st served. It did not say that in the ad. It clearly gives the impression anyone ordering this bundle will get a shirt. If the shirts are all gone than so should the stock of the systems. It clearly states this is included with purchase.

They have made no attempts to compensate me with this and the ad remains up as I write with the same promise of a limited edition matching t-shirt (the t-shirt will have 2 pokemon figures on it the same as the Nintendo DS Lite in silver and gold). I have seen the shirt as my nephews friends have them.

fter spending nearly $500 on the site I feel really let down as well as my twin nephews who were expecting the shirts to come with the Nintendo system as stated.Circuit City had the same deal with a shirt included and I would have purchased it there had I know the shirt was not going to be sent.
