Gametag Paid for account, never recieved. Internet

A few days ago I was on Gametags' website, knowing full well that I may be ripped off. I decided that I would at least try it. I filled out my information to purchase a World of Warcraft account, and waited. I received an email about 10 minutes later saying I needed to verify my ID before they could send me my account for "protection".

Today is day three of waiting for the account, when the website says it takes less then 24 hours. It also says in some cases it may take up to 72 hours for the account to be sent and all the information changed. Luckily I did not spend all that much though, it was around $30.

There live service every time I go to use it says "Sorry all tag members are helping other customers", then about 1 minute later you receive an automated email explaining some stupid reason to what is happening. The character I purchased is still up for purchase on the website, it did not take it down even for "processing". when I go to track my order I get this;

"We could not find any order with order ID ###### you entered. Please try again. Any further question, please contact Live Help !"

Well as I stated before I just get an automated email and no actual live service. I still hope that I may receive what I paid for, it's highly doubtful though. I had a feeling before I did it, and my feeling was right. I've seen a few reports about gametag and other MMO account websites. I warn those who think it's safe, try to steer clear for the sake of the money you worked so hard for.
