Gametag.com i purchased an account over a month ago. and the account was never delivered, service still unresponsive Internet

i decided to purchase an account from gametag.com since about 6 months ago i had purchased an account there before it took them like a week to deliver but i got all the info and i received emails with the status and had a order # that i was able to check on the site, but this time i was scammed.


i made the purchase on 12/13/09 and i have yet to even obtain an order # for my purchase. i have sent multiple emails to service to see the status and no one in ever responds they dont even have a contact #. the only thing i received was an automated email with a Processor Receipt number, that was over a month ago so i have now come to the conclusion that i have been scammed of $193.54. i ordered the correct account insurance package to get all the info for the account and i have met all the verification requirments they have given me since i was a returning customer.


ive been left in the dust and i am disappointed how unstable and unreliable your company can and has been.

I have reviewed your complaint. Based on the timing of this complaint, we believe you are the following individual above as you provided us very little information. Here are the timeline of events that occurred on your order. 

Timeline of Events

On March 2, 2009, you placed an order with our company. The transfer was completed that day and delivered to you. 

On May 25, 2009, you placed another another order with our company. The delivery was done on that day and delivered to you. 

On December 17, 2009, you placed a third order with our company. The delivery was done that day and delivered to you. You then e-mail us shortly afterwards stating you didn't receive it. We told you to check your spam folder and that was the last e-mail we received from you. 

We're extremely disappointed that after numerous deliveries prior to this one that you'd call us a scam when at no point did we ever wrong you on any of the transactions we delivered to you.

We had informed you by automated e-mail that you should check your spam/junk folder for your delivery. Instead you posted a ripoffreport slandering our company.

However, as long as you received your account in the end, then this matter is closed and we are happy to have completed yet another service for you.
