Unfortunately, we didn't see this post until recently. In order to better assist you, we need the following information:

1). Your order was placed in the evening of February 21, 2012.
2). After placing an order, we immediately requested for you to send proof to verify that you are the owner of this Paypal Account.
3). On February 24, 2012 at 8:02 AM PST time, you sent proof of being the owner of the Paypal Account.
4). on February 24, 2012 at 11:58 AM PST time, we issued your delivery.

So there was a 2.5 Day gap from the time you ordered which the delay was caused because we were waiting on you to provide proof you are the owner of the Paypal Account. Upon receiving proof, we issued delivery of your order.

This transaction has now been successfully completed.

Got a reply today about that the id verification has been passed and the account is on pending delivery. i will update once I receive it.
