Gamewar No payment, no contact Internet

I submitted an EVE online account to Gamewar, after a day or two my account status changed to assigned to agent. I was then locked out of the game account I submitted, the password and email address on it changed so I have no way of accessing it. The website claims payment within 72 hours, in extreme cases a week. It has now been 9 days, and I have sent multiple emails and messages on facebook  just asking for some sort of contact if not payment. This morning I tried to log on to their account and my login details wont work, seems my account has been deactivated. Have tried sending paypal request for the amount they offered (paypal is how I asked to be payed under the options when submitting), no response.

Either a scam or a totally inept company with no morals. I would avoid at all costs.
