This building has to be the biggest scam in all of New York real estate. They demand cash only and subdivide one apartment into many.

I was unlawfully evicted last August and was not allowed to remove my property (which is required by law). Instead the "building manager" did so and never returned my Samsung S5 phone. No notice of eviction was served.

I was told I could recover the balance of my rent for the month of August on the following business day. When I attempted to to do this I was met with slanderous accusations about me having a "criminal record" which is totally untrue and was not given any sort of reimbursement.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING! They seem to prey on young people coming to NYC and lure them in with low rents for the area only to steal deposits.
