Gander Mountain Bullet Bait and Switch, with subsequent short in amount Warren Ohio

Responding to Gander Mountain's ad for a bucket of 22LR bullets, we found about 25 people ahead us in a line which contained about 40 people.  An employee distributed tickets to order the crowd, and disclosed they had only 40 buckets, which, with a limit of 2 per person, would not cover the entire crowd.  A 1 bucket limit would have.  Once they ran out, they had inferior ammo for sale a twice the price.  I bought one, only to find upon getting home, that there were only 9 boxes of 50 rounds in the brick they gave me, not 10 as should have been.  As the brick was brought out from a box, there was no reason to inventory it at the sales counter.

Obviously, allowing the 2 bucket limit was calculated to leave a number of people without product, thus maximizing the store's income, once the bait and switch occurred.
