On August 12, 2007 I ordered a complete box set of the Red Green Show (15 seasons). Was told the shipping date would be August 27. Then put off until September 5, 2007. Recieved an e mail that it was indeed shipped on the 5th. To please allow an extra 3-4 days for International orders. Some say United States is International so I patiently waited.
Finally emailed them and was repeatedly told that I should not double email them that they were very overloaded and would answer emails as they came in. My credit card has been billed for $224.98 under the name of PC3SUPPORT.COM. When I now try to go on the web site I get this ripoff report. Can get any response to anything I try. Thank you for anything you can do for me.
