This is not just a rip off report but a report of my own stupidity in not reading the fine print of a weight loss product. It is the method of marketing and ability to get your hard earned dollars that I am complaining about. They ship a sample, two months worth and if you don't call within 14 days, on the 15th you are charged for two months immediately! They have got you now!!

So when I received another bottle, I knew I was in trouble. I had read that Garcinia Cambogia can have negative effect on high blood pressure, so I just tossed it, the first time. However my brain clicked into gear and I realized I was caught in something when I recieved another shipment. I called immediately to cancel and asked to send back the product for a refund. I found out there was another on the way! They informed me there was no way to refund the shipment I had just received, and no way to fully refund the shipment on it's way. Good grief! After calling three times I was able to get a 75% refund on the bottle somewhere on it's way.

Folks, this is a financial nightmare for a product that keeps coming and charging and there is no way to get your full refund, even if you don't want it or use it, after the first 14 days. I live out in the country and the first sample did not even come in 14 days! Yes, it was my stupidity not to read the fine print, but to not be able to cancel it or get a refund when I can send the last bottles is reaffirming the stupidity of signing up for a sample. Don't do it! And don't do as I did and not read carefully their fine print!

I want 100% refunded of the bottle I just received this month, which I can send back to you. And 100% back from the bottle that you claimed has been shipped that you only offered 75% back. It was my stupidity to not read the fine print, and I will accept the $79.34 for my stupitiy, charged for the inital two bottles, but for the next one you sent that alerted me to the problem and the one that is "on the way", I want a full refund!

 

I made three calls just to get that 75% back. That was the best your people said they could do!

We do apologize you feel this way. Our terms and conditions are located on the checkout page for all of our potential customers to review before signing up for the product. The terms and conditions do need to be agreed upon in order to have a successful check out. The terms and conditions for the trial does state

"GARCINIA XT:
The Online offer is a 14 day trial; the customer pays $4.95 S&H on day 1 and is shipped a 60 Day Supply of GARCINIA CAMBOGIA XT. They then have 14 days from the order date to use a portion of 1 of the (2) 30 Day Supplies before purchasing the first bottle on day 15 for $78.94. 30 Days later on Day 45 they are billed for the second Bottle in the Package for the same $78.94. On Day 45 they are Auto-Enrolled to receive a new 30 Day supply every 30 days and be billed $78.94 to continue on with their weight-loss program until they call to cancel. (**If they decide to call and Cancel prior to the end of the 14 day trial they may agree to pay $39.47 to keep the 2 bottles sent or return the Remaining product back within 14 additional days to avoid being charged.)
NATURAL CLEANSE PLUS:
The Online offer is a 14 day trial; the customer pays $4.95 S&H on day 1 and is shipped a 30 Day Supply of NATURAL CLEANSE PLUS. They then have 14 days from the order date to use a portion of the 30 Day Supplies before purchasing the bottle on day 15 for $59.52. On Day 15 they are also Auto-Enrolled to receive a new 30 Day supply every 30 days and be billed $59.52 to continue on with their health and weight-loss program until they call to cancel. (**If they decide to call and Cancel prior to the end of the 14 day trial they may pay a discounted price to keep the remaining product sent or return the remaining product back for proper disposal."

This information is located approx 2" to the left of the check out page on ALL sites. On tablets or smart phones it is located approx 2" (or 2 scrolls down). It is by no means hidden or in fine print. It is legally required to have this information in plain sight for the consumers to read.
