In a moment of weakness, I saw the ad featuring Dr. Oz and how these supplements "along" with diet and exercise, which to me made sense, could increase your rate of metabolism causing you to lose weight at a faster rate. I ordered them knowing it was a "free" trial where you paid shipping and there would be charges if not cancelled within 14 days. After placing the order, I kept thinking that nothing is easy and stupidly only then is when I did more research, finding out these supplements can cause digestive issues and headaches. I have chronic migraines and IBS. within 1/2 hour of ordering, I was on the phone to cancel. I could not get anyone on the phone to talk to and got cut off 3 times. So I proceeded to email my cancellation explaining it was not good for my health. Again, this was done immediately...obviously well within the 14 days! Well, I received the supplements in the mail. Again I call...again I keep getting cut off...and again I email explaining this time I will attempt to return to sender or return the bottles unopened if they sent me shipping, as I had cancelled the order before it should have shipped in the first place. I hear nothing. Next, I called my credit card company informing them of the issue and complaining about the shipping I'd been charged and making sure this company could not charge me more. This is all well within 14 days. I sent another email informing them that I had contacted my credit card company and they would not receive payment. Of course, they charged my card...almost $160!!! My credit card company reversed the charges and filed a suit on my behalf giving them 45 days to refute. Today is the 40th day and I just got a letter from my credit card company saying they just now came forward with proof that I ordered it so they are recharging my card. I have 4 emails saying I cancelled it! I haven't had the chance to submit my emails yet, but I am highly confident my dated emails and the unopened package will convince my credit card company I DO NOT Want This!! It is so obviously a scam I feel like an idiot for ordering, yet I did everything right to cancel it and they still got me. Buyer Beware on this one!!! I didn't use the product but am confident it would do nothing except give you anxiety and probably indigestion... just like me!
