Gardeners Choice Dead Plants Ripoff Hartford Michigan

I ordered 12 "Rainbow-Colored Gigantic Tomatoes" on 3/15/06. On 3/29/06, they cashed my check for $15.93.
I received my order on Friday, 5/19/06. The plants were all broken and mangled. I tried to plant them immediately, but they all died.
Per, their "No Risk Guarantee," I requested a full refund of the purchase price of the plants, $12.98, on 5/21/06.
