Gardners Choice ripoff fraudulent billing Hartford Michigan

I ordered giant tomato plants in April over the internet from this company. I received a notice with a confirmation number and an approximate date in which the plants would be shipped.
When I called the company June 22nd, 2005, the company said my credit card had been declined. The amount that was to be charrged was less than $20.00, which means that the company lied as the credit card was not over it's limit.
