Gardeners' Choice Tomato Plants DOA - Made Contact Hartford Michigan

I ordered two plants for $10.28. Only one plant arrived - DOA - had rotted plant stem away from root ball. Read reports here and used answering service number in another report when regular phone was always busy. The answering service connected me to the company. I was told I would be sent a check refund for the full amount, as they were running low on stock and it was "getting to be too late" for my area.

We'll see if they follow through. Said it would be 2-3 weeks, by check, and we will see IF it arrives and IF it is a good check.

Answering service number is 269-621-2447, and, contrary to another report, this IS a U.S. exchange, not Canada.
