I ordered merchandise on 3-23-05 and received merchandise on 4-2-05, as ordered. When I ordered I was not near a calculator so I did not add behind clerk on phone.

I added my order after receiving and rep charged me $84.31 for a $40.67 order. I have been trying for 2 days to reach company by telephone. Keep getting busy signal.

After reading all ripoff reports, I don't think they are answering the phones.
