Gardner White Furniture Won't stand behind their products or insurance you purchase Taylor Michigan

     Purchased $4000.00 worth of leather couch's and chair's from Gardner White and purchased the additional insurance 

in case something happened later on.  Within a month, the DYE started coming off the seat cushion's where one would sit!  

I contacted Gardner White and they said it was a manufacturer defect and that I needed to contact the manufacturer.  When

I did this, the manufacturer said that I must of done something to damage the furniture.  I informed them that all I have done was "sit" on the couch's and they didn't believe me.  So, I contacted Gardner White again and told them that I wanted to use the insurance that I had purchased from them to get my couch's fixed!  They informed me that it wasn't covered and again told me to contact the manufacturer for the defect.  

As you can see,  this kept going back and forth with no solution to follow.  I highly recommend you dont go to Gardner White because the products they sell are of poor quality and they won't stand behind them.  Also, don't purchase their furniture insurance.....they don't honor it!  

I decided that that it was cheaper to just replace the furniture then to take them thru the legal system....what a shame!
