GP&L is a HUGE steaming pile of DUNG!!!! Their rates are higher than any other provider in the surrounding cities, and the have the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I HATE living in Garland for one main reason, Garland Power and Light. They force their shitty service down your throat as a resident(When you live in Garland you have no choice in utilities, you are forced to use GP&L.), and they take zero responsibility when they screw things up. Hell when they make mistakes they end up charging you extra on your bills. NO ACCOUNTABILITY to the customers/citizens of the city. DO NOT MOVE TO GARLAND, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
