Garmin International Inc Sent Watch to Garmin for Repair under Warranty, NEVER RETURNED! Olathe, Kansas

Last March I received a Garmin Forerunner 50 digital watch for my birthday.  The watch was purchased from Costco of Greenville, SC.  I used it for running, wind sprints and tracking my heartbeat until it quit working 5 months later.  Being under warranty, I emailed Garmin for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipped it back to Kansas at my expense.  A week later UPS returned the watch.  I reset the time and date and paired (synchronized) the watch with the heartbeat monitor that straps to the chest.  Three days later, the watch died.  It went completely blank again.

I sent the watch back to Garmin with the return packing slip to the attention of CEO, Min H. Kao, who apparently makes $500k per year.  I figure with that kind of salary he could replace the watch with one that works.  To date, I have not been contacted by Garmin and the watch has not been returned.
