the hospital sent her there for recovery, instead of getting beeter she has gotten worse. had a couple of infections going in and now has phemonia. after being there a couple of days she fell and laid in the floor for several hours before another patient found her. no one checked on her for the entire 4 hours she laid in the floor banging and sceaming for help. she a large knot on her forehead and 2 black eyes as well as bruising all over her face.
she says every time she asks for some thing, no matter what it is, she is told that it isn't their job so she gets no help.
she has now been there for 3 weeks and has asked for a shower but the person who does the showers isn't there.
she has gotten much worse. she was only supposed to be there for 20 days but because of their neglect she will be there longer. we will be contacting the state as well as finding a different nursing home so they can't kill her sherry wylie

This home had a survey result of 81 of out 100 - the deficiencies had nothing to do with care and FYI all residents are checked on every 1-2 hours. So I have a hard time believing your mother was on the floor for 4 hours. You can call the State and they will come in on the complaint but I have a feeling you will not be satisfied anywhere you place your mother.
And for future reference learn how to SPELL! Beeter?
