Garrick Edwards MORTGAGE/FORCLOSURE FRAUD Miami Florida

Mr. Garrick Edwards is an Instructor, he purchased my house on March 4, 2008. According to his friend George Freije from Sat Corp (FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS) He was an investor, who just wanted to make some extra money and help me keep my house. I had to pay him $20,000.00 and Garrick was going to Quit Claim deed the property to me I just had to wait one month after the closing for this paper to be sign. I had 2 years to buy it back from him and ofcourse I had to make the mortgage payment.

I didn't see Garrick on the closing day because he was working, he signed the following day and didn't received any closing papers nor any money that date. George gave me a letter were Garrick was going to get his money and the rest the title company was going to wire to my bank account.

After many calls to the title company and to George I finally receive a $7 dollar check and the closing papers from the title company. George said that he was going to put the money in an escrow account until I purchased the property back from Garrick just to protect him

Everything was going to be in the quit claim deed. Every single dollar was going to be there that he was keeping the money to protect the investor only. That the house was still mines.

On July 2008 I received some papers to sign which were suposed to be "the Deed" he didn't let me make copies of it because it had to be recorded first. The Title was going to send me copies of the papers once it was recorded. I kept asking and going to his office for copies of this papers but he always had an excused.

I made the payments directly to the bank until this year George told me that Garrick had to make the payments directly to the bank so I gave him two payments which were not made. I started getting letters from the mortgage and notes at the door that 2 payments were in default I called Garry directly and he told me that George was taking care of it, "it was a computer error".

I told him that I need it copy of the papers that said that I was the owner of the property or I was not going to make any further payments. He did Fax me and after I look over it, I notice it was not sealed or notarized and it was a 2 year Balloon Mortgage not a Quit Claim Deed.

I called Garry because I wanted to sit with him and George to discuss this matter and also to talked about my money. George called me right away and told me that there was nothing to talked about there was no money and that I owed Garrick more Money. I called the attorney that prepared the documents (the 2 year balloon Mortgage) to ask him why this papers were not seal. He said that No it was never recorded but I was lucky because I could of just leave the house and leave all the problem to George and Garrick.

They kept the $44,069.52 and the house. I have nothing now I have been to George office but he moved out.
