Unimundo Corporation v. Garth Humbert, Hellowmay, Enline Inc., and Dwell:  UNIMUNDO CORPORATION IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA. UNIMUNDO CORPORATION  v.  GARTH HUMBERT, ENLINE, INC. AND MAY Case No: 10-CV-07011-DDP (JCGx), FILED September 21, 2010. FEDERAL COMPLAINT FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER; AND FEDERAL LAW SUIT FOR FRAUD AND DECEIT, FOR CONVERSION AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT.   Memorandum of Points and Authorities.  This Court is referred to the attached declaration of the, President of Unimundo Corporation in support of this application for a Temporary Restraining Order, Injunctive Relief and Permanent Restraining Order.  Unimundo Corporation entered into the Confidential Retainer Agreement on May 21, 2010, with Garth Humbert, hellomay.com, ENLINE, INC., DBA MAY, iamgarth.com, Jackie Richards, Mat Simo and Dwell, signed by Garth Humbert, CEO as owner of hellomay.com, hellomay, DBA hellomay.com, enline, inc, iamgarth.com, iamgarth, MAY, on his own behalf to act as an independent contractor for Unimundo. Garth Humbert was to provide a web design for Unimundo TV WebTV.  Unimundo on September 21, 2010, filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles federal District Court, charging Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may for Copyright Infringement, Declaratory Relief, Breach of Contract, Intentional Fraud, and Intentional Interference with a Prospective Economic Advantage, Unfair Competition and Conversion.  

Unimundo alleges that Unimundo and Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May entered into a Confidential Retainer Agreement, on May 21, 2010, whereby Unimundo did retain, the professional services of Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may, to design the WebTV for UnimundoTV and to provide front-end and back end work. The work by Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May, to launch on June3, 2010. When the Agreement was entered into, Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may, claimed that he and his team such as Jackie Richards were knowledgeable to carry on and finish the work and launch the UnimundoTV WebTV with full functionality equal to or better than the other three (3) competing Web TVs. 

By June 3, 2010, Unimundos Chief of Systems Technology, found that Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may were not qualified for the job and began to make inquiries as to their capabilities and progress and began to notice negative performance by  Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may.  At the same time, Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May began to make demands, outside of the letter of the Agreement, to be paid additional moneys. After Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may was not able to provide Timelines and Milestones as per the Agreement, Unimundo sent a Notice of Termination on June 11, 2010, demanding that Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may. Unimundo had already placed UnimundoTV WebTV on the Goddady server, that permitted Unimundo to work on the UnimundoTV WebTV, providing design, programming and technical support. Prior to June 11, 2010, when the notice of termination was issued, Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May was already in possession of the passwords from Unimundo, to be able to access the Go Daddy account to work on the WebTV.  

Unbeknown to Unimundo, on or about June 3, 2010, and prior to June 11, 2010, Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may, stole the Unimundo WebTV and moved it to different host and placed it under the total control of Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may in his own name. Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May. Stole the UnimundoTV WebTV from Go Daddy to Media Temple without the authorization of Unimundo. Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May hijacked the UnimundoTV WebTV, beyond the reach of Unimundo.  After Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May were. Immediately Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May began to claim that the UnimundoTV WebTV no longer belonged to Unimundo but belonged to Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May. After Unimundo demanded the return of UnimundoTV WebTV, Mr. Humbert refused to return the website to the original host or to any other server.  

Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May became an extortionist campaign   demanding a ransom for the WebTV. Unimundo refused to pay it. Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May informed Unimundo in writing that if Unimundo did not pay the ransom, that Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and may will destroy all of the files and the UnimundoTV WebTV and make it disappear from the World Wide Web. When Unimundo did not pay the ransom, Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May removed UnimundoTV WebTV on September 16, 2010, thus extinguishing UnimundoTV WebTV from the World Wide Web, and irreparably damaging Unimundo. Federal Judge Dean Pregerson then on September 28, 2010, ORDERED Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May to return the UnimundoTV WebTV to Unimundo. 

Shortly after that Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, inc, and may, proceeded to use a back door all access administrator password and accessed the WordPress program and destroyed all of the files and videos of UnimundoTV WebTV as well as all of the MetaTags and everything that could be deleted.  IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR WEBSITE TO BE DESTROYED BY GARTH HUMBERT; YOU NEED TO ACT FAST TO PROTECT YOUR WEBSITE, YOUR COMPANY, YOURSELF, YOUR NAME AND YOUR FAMILY.  GARTH HUMBERT IS A LIAR AND A CONMAN SUPREME AND HE WILL DESTROY YOU.
