In September we agreed to have Gatwick Express Couriers (now Metro Couriers) to have a shipment from the midlands delivered to us in the London area. We have had nothing but excuses -- "we are unable to contact the ..." is one we have heard many times. The Midlands shipper has told us they have never been contacted by Gary Bond or anyone from their Company, nor have they received any emails from them.
Next came this email reply to our many emails and phone calls: "...we will issue a full refund - please allow up to 5 working days for this to clear..." No refund has been received. Another email: "....to collect in the next few days we will have to cancel the job and issue a refund."
We suggested that he do another shipment for us to use up part of the we paid him but got no response.
We'd appreciate some assistance in this matter to receive a refund for goods not received.

people boycott fred joseph and his subsidiary companies! you might as well throw your money out the window!for over seas complaints lodge them with interpol!

We did attempt to collect the item on two occasions but were unable to do so as the collection warehouse is only open on selected days of the week as the sender of this complaint is fully aware. Unfortunatly the company recently ceased trading due to the current economic climate and a small number of customers have outstanding issues and these are being dealt with in the correct manner. There is also an email link on the company website.
