I found Gary on the internet and I needed help with Automotive Repair that went bad. The mechanic without my consent left my auto at the Mrecades dealer and left me with a 3K bill and I also paid him around 2.6K for him to fix my Auto.
When I contacted Mr. Anderson came to my apartment within 1 hour, which was strange but I ended up trusting him and paid a 1K retainer because he assured me I had a very strong case against the mechanic. Mr. Andersen said he would get on it right away and file the motion by weeks’ end, and of course that never happened. Mr. Anderson cashed my check within 30 minutes of receiving it all RED flags he was hard up for cash. Below are the several messages out of many I left ignored in fact I feel Gary got a good laugh because sometimes during discussions he would laugh

CALLED today! Calls are going to your voice mail which is saying your mailbox is full and cannot take any messages, PLEASE call me at your earliest convenience. I need a hard date for filling the court papers its over 1 month and I feel we are missing the window.
This is a continued theme since August 2, 2013, why are you not able to provide the services or keep your promises? (I mean this in a good way maybe there are circumstances I am not aware of)

Hello Mr. Gary M. Anderson,
I retained you (1,000.00 on Friday August 2nd , 2013 for a civil matter; you met me at my residence since my auto was at the dealer. I was advised we would have something filed by the end of the week August 9th , 2013. The following week I called and was promised a draft the following week via e-mail August 16, 2013 for review.
It’s now August 26, 2013 please have a draft with the proposed motion for my review and your availability to review any comments via e-mail by August 27, 2013 or kindly refund my retainer in FULL I went the Marlboro courts during the week of August 9, 2013 which I called and we discussed, I was given all the information to file a law suit there was a small processing fee and an additional fee for the Sherriff or someone non related to the case to server Leslie. The time urgency is critical isn’t it?
We don’t know how long he will remain at that location I’m very confused and concern when someone especially a lawyer says he would have something done and every time we converse “you’re just working on it” that’s exactly what Leslie told me 1 month and three weeks later I’m out 3K and picking up my auto at the dealer paying an additional 2K. To date including your cost 6,000.00 I just want to get this over with and put it behind me and recently I’ve been laid off because the ***** doesn’t have funding I need to focus on other personal matters; that’s why I retained you. Please respond accordingly…
This guy is a crook after comming to my apartment got his 1,000.00 retainer and cashed it withing 30 minutes after leaving shady phone number and email
never at his office .... he is simplay a con artist..
