After looking at a car at Gary Mathews Auto Mall I was treated horribly. I asked them to send my credit only to 1 bank, I find out they sent my credit to over 7 banks. That resulted in a 25 point drop on my credit. And to top it off, they never even got a signed credit application. And to top it off, here is what happened during the pricing of the car:

They first qouted me 21,900 as the price. I told them I would go home and think about it. They then dropped it to 20,000 if I would by now. I still told them no matter what I wanted to think about it over the next day. Here is where it gets rediculous. They said, if I would just leave my wife out of it and buy now, they would reduce it to 18,900! So, at this point they have insulted me in two ways. The first by telling me that My wife doesnt need a say in it and by the fact that they were trying to rip me off so bad from the get go. They have now reduced the car 3 grand. Now I am pissed. I go to leave and the used car manager has the balls to throw the salesman under the bus and offer me the car for 18,000 even to do business. I leave anyways. I get home, still thinking about the car. They call me the next morning and offer me the car at their cost of 17,500. I tell my wife about it and get online to ther website, http://mathewsautomall.com/ , to show her the car. And here is the best part, it was listed on their website for $16,988!!!!!!!! LMAO. They call me back and I lay in to them. I tell them they are big losers and should have their business closed down. He said it was the salesmans fault that they had it mixed up with another car. LOL

They do not listen, and do not care about their customers. They only care about ripping your head off.
