Gary Reinert, Sr. / Safe Foundation Global Safe Foundation Global, Safe Foundations Known to defraud and take money "Rob Peter to pay Paul" Carnegie Pennsylvania

Mr. Reinert, Sr. lost his company in a bankruptcy when he used it to pledge for a loan defaut. He is now trying to "con" people into buying into his Foundation company which he has NO assets or equipment. He his a complete fraud and will try to raise money any way he can and take advantage of anyone in the way. Him and his accomplace Michael McFerran Pope is were involved in the ellaborate scheme to defraud with his Foundation company. He has changed the name multiple times to still market his foundation company which he no longer owns the patents to or machines to install. 

The rippoff occurred when he infomed us that he had landed a large licensee contract with Panama and he needed to borrow money for 2 weeks to cover business expenses. He was loaned 30K which was wired to him so he could cover expenses and 2 weeks came and went. He first made excuses about the wire being held up. Then started making other excuses. Turns out he used the 30K to pay Arthur Shwotzer, one of the original creditors on his bankruptcy claim. How he was able to make a side payment to a creditor of a bankruptcy claim during a bankruptcy proceeding is beyond me. This guy should be brought up on criminal charges. 

Stay clear of this individual and companies representing his foundations for installs. YOU WILL BE BURNED!!!!
