His firm rips people off.  See " Rip off report " entries. They say they are not responsible, but they introduce the contractor to the client.  They must be aware of clients being ripped off.  There are many entries for oDesk on " ripoff report "

Give me a contractor with a great business site who turns out his computers break down, has to import them as they are too expensive to buy in Bolivia and works from home

It has taken my contractor Elivis Milan, in Bolivia 9 months and website not completed.  What a pity "Ripoff report " doesn't have a camera to interview these thieves.  Any lawyers out there for a class action suit

They say, we clients are responsible.  No we aren't, people like Swart set up companies knowing there will be rip offs, but that's OK as he gets paid by suckers from around the world

Keep away from oDesk, keep away from Elvis Milan in Bolivia.  If you can't afford a website built in a first world nation, don't go third world.  Save your money.  DON"T listen to web designers who tell you to go offshore, and never pay by the hour
