This individual/ company entered into a one year contract agreement with me.
The ponzi scheme involved me raising funds using my good credit rating - obtaining lines and loans using credit cards and loans from 7 different institutions.
Then giving the money to Hogan would would invest it in real estate rehabbers as a hard money lender. He agreed to pay me 3 percent per month plus make the Note payments to the lenders.
After a few months he defaulted on both. Leaving me with a $125,000 debt.
PS: I have also been in touch with 10 other individuals that Mike Hogan has ripped off using various other schemes.

Michael Hogan is currently serving time in a federal prison in Pennsylvania.
The documents attached here (obtained through PACER) give details about the court case 18-CR-00537-MAK ("United States v. Michael Hogan"). You may be listed as one of the victims to which he is ordered to pay restitution although the rate at which that will happen will likely be glacial.
