After Closing the note deal, Patricia Andrews was requiered to send in a payout agreement to the escrow agent/company that was handling the deal. She failed to do so and recieved our commission instead of sending me my thousands that she owed me,(due to me over 3 months ago)she claimed that the check was in the mail, and after waiting 8 days it did not show up. So i called her back and told her that i wanted it overnighted to my home, to which she agreed. Since that time, she refused to answer sny of my emails or phone calls. Then today, she had her contact phone numbers disconnected! So being out of money and at a loss for a good attorney, I do not know what action i am going to take, but i would be glad to help any of you who are suing her! If you are considering doing business with her, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORTS!
