I agree gateway and Hurley State Bank the worst I've ever been ripped off!!!

I needed a computer for my new business. I saw their add for a complete computer that would totally suit my needs for $999.00. Great what an excellent buy. I called the 1-800 number was approved for credit and computer was on it's way, but wait this piece of crap that I ordered was costing me 1200.00 with 28% interest. What I don't think so.

When I recieved the thing it wouldn't work at all. I called the repair hotline and they told me to send my brand new computer back to them and they would replace it. Okay, they paid for the shipping but did they pay for my gas and time to drive 75 miles away to the nearest ups drop off,NO!!!!!

Then they sent it back and they had no hard drives and no printer cord so guess who had to wait 2 weeks for that to arrive!
I then in absolute fury called the customer service center to tell them i was not satisfied and wanted to return the computer and erase my credit with them NOPE!!!! Because while waiting for them to make this brand new computer work right I had passed the deadline for returning it.

I told the rep that answered my call that i refused to pay for this thing if it didn't work properly. Now it was still broken so I took it to the local gateway store in Idaho and they couldnt fix it, send it back its fried the service man told me. Again i sent it back and it now works somewhat.

I've had this thing for a year now, it still barely works, i've sent only a few payment because while i was not going to pay for something that didn't work, my monthly payment had hit 500.00. with 50.00 late charges and such. i now owe close to 2000.00 for a piece of junk. Thank you gateway and hurley for ruining my trust and credit with nothing to show but a half working computer.
