Gateway Energy Service Coprporation:
This company is very deceptive, dishonest and huge rip off.
I switched to them on a fixed price natural gas supplier. Once my term expiired, they switched me to variable rate and started charging 89.99 per therm which is approx. 2 times than any other supplier. They never advertise that rate or show it on OCA rate sheet for comparison even against the PECO rate of 54.44 variable rate. Only way you will know that they are charging exhorbitant rate comapred to other suppliers if you look on the bill closely and compare online on OCA where you will see their fixed rate of 59.99 against PECO's variable rate of 54.44 and no where it will show you 89.99.
WHEN YOU CALL THZEM THEN THEIR ATTITUDE IS THT WE DO NOT CARE AND WE SUCCEDED IN THIS RIP OFF AND NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY.
PLEASE BE AWARE and NEVER USE GATEWAY ENERGY SERVICES.
