The career service firm, Phoenix Executive Group, had ripped of thousands of dollars from the unemployed since 2002 and filed bankruptcy to escape prosecution from Consumer Protection Agency in mid 2006.
What a strange coincidence that a new Career Consulting Company, Gateway International Group, opened its doors in 3 of the Old PEG locations right after PEG closed its doors with the exactly same suites and the same two top people; the PEG owner and president, Joseph Scan, and the VP, Larry Maglin.
