I have been concerned for years about what goes on in my neighborhood here at GATEWAY. I'm copying some of the previous notes written by other owners also, just to get our point accross! I am TIRED of UNRESPONSIVE EFFORTS on the part of SUSAN 727-579-9425 the property manager and DOYCE the realtor for the property. This has gone on for years and since I have learned something from the previous writer of this BLOG about the ripoff report I am now stating my concerns and able to put it out there anonymously! I don't want relatiation from Susan or Doyce as we have been threatened before in what you call a "SILENT MATTER"! The MANAGEMENT here is at the LOWEST LEVEL that a person could grade them.

We have meetings, voice our concerns and yet nothing ever comes out in a positive manner for us OWNERS due to LACK OF ENTHUSIASM FROM SUSAN & DOYCE.

GATEWAY could be a GOOD place to make your home if we had NEW MANAGEMENT and people who take our concerns SERIOUSLY!

We have been down this road before with issues regarding the UNAUTHORIZED living arrangements of TENANTS. How hard is it to just have someone APPROVED in our PARK. IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE THEN WHY IS THIS LYNNE NOBLE LIVING AS AN ALIAS AND UNDER THE WIRE. If Mobile Home 10573 1st Street is continuing to have roommates then abide by the RULES OF GATEWAY and have your ROOMMATES APPROVED. This is directed towards ANN the OWNER, SUSAN the property manager and DOYCE the property realtor as well as ARC INVESTMENTS who OWN PROPERTIES! In the past there was an unruley Cross-Dresser who would not abide by the park rules and was a nightmare to everyone who crossed its path.

We have had hoarders and other DRUG ADDICTS. HOW LONG DID IT AGAIN TAKE TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES?

COME ON PEOPLE - LET'S CLEAN IT UP NOW!

If this woman LYNNE NOBLE HURTS ANYONE from a DRUG or ALCOHOL STUPOR then by LAW, WE WILL FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST: ARC INVESTMENTS, GATEWAY PARK, SUSAN & DOYCE because we now have STATEMENTS THAT BACK UP OUR EFFORTS TO MAINTAIN THE ETHICS, PROTOCOL and the RULES OF THE PARK!

WE ALL ARE MAKING IT KNOWN AS OF 2013!!!!

GET RID OF THE TRASH AND CRIMINALS! Whether or not this person has paid back to society or NOT is NOT THE ISSUE! The ISSUE IS "BREAKING THE RULES" UNATHORIZED LIVING ARRANGEMENTS under GATEWAY. Call it whatever you want but WE CALL IT CORRUPT IN GATEWAY because this LYNNE NOBLE WAS NOT APPROVED TO LIVE IN THIS PARK and ANN SHOULD ALSO BE REPRIMANDED AND FINED $$ FOR HER DECEIT!

I WELCOME OTHER OWNERS TO SPEAK OUT!

JUST LOOK AT THIS MUGSHOT OF THIS WOMAN LYNNE NOBLE. I've seen her in the Park OUT-OF-CONTROL and HIGH up on DRUGS OR ALCOHOL! SHE IS HANGING OUT AT 10573 1st Street and her and ANN are DRINKING BEERS HEAVILY. There has also been some other elderly lady that it appears that she may be living here too!  LYNNE NOBLE IS NOT A NICE PERSON and YOU CANNOT APPROACH HER. A few of us have tried to ask about herself and how she came about living here and she got NASTY so that is why we have formed a NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH TEAM surrounding the AREA to make sure she doesn't HURT OR STEAL FROM ANY OF OUR ELDERLY OWNERS!

EVERYONE SHOULD WRITE YOUR CONCERNS AND WE ARE GOING TO CONTACT THE PROPERTY OWNERS and go over the heads of SUSAN & DOYCE now!
