Gavish Real Estate Micheal Gorelic-Agent, IDDO. Gavish-President /Broker Breach of contract, Fraud, Misleading,Tampering and Altering Evidence, Mistruth,Conspiarcy with others Las Vegas Nevada

Gavish Real Estate contacted me in regards to me selling my home. Micheal Gorelic-Agent had me met with him September 2014. He gave me  MLS sheet for my home. He said he could shot sale my home in 30 to 45days. I told him what I wanted to do because of Hardship. He started giving me legal advice, he tells me to sell everything in the house expect stainless steal dishwasher, stove, microwave. He told me to sell the refrigerator and my front loader washer/dryer with drawers.  Michael Gorelic stated he would draw up papers and have his good friend Diana Rowe who works for Nations Title Company have me come in to sign papers. Michael Gorelic had me go home and take pictures of my home front/back and inside/out. Meanwhile he never did a appraisal on home, no Open house, no sale sign put up. Diana Rowe had me come in to see her, she had some documents with nothing on them. She had me initial and sign. When I question why the documents was incomplete she said Micheal Gorelic would go over them with me. She had me put my name on a couple of blank sheets. Diana assured me Michael Gorelic would be contacting me.

Meanwhile days and weeks went by with no one coming to look at my home. I had to call him numerous times. Someone came to see home a counter offer for $155,000 was told to me. Michael told me not to have any contact with my mortgage cpmpany, ignore there call. He would be making all contacts with them. He told me to stop paying my mortgage since I was 2 months behind. Weeks went by again, I heard nothing from him or Gavish Real Estate. I kept calling him leaving messages, going by the office on E. Sahara that he claim was Gavish Real Estate, no one never was there. I then went to Diana Rowe office at Nations Title Company she tells me the counter offer for $155,000 was denied. I told her Michael Gorelic never told me anything.

Meanwhile I kept calling Michael Gorelic to find out what was going on. Now he tells me counter offer denied by bank. He tells me we will submit a higher amount he has to get back to me. 3 to 4 more people came to see my house. Now he states he had a counter offer for $170,000 for my house. He said he would write up papers and contact me. Diana Rowe contact me to come in for paperwork, this time she wanted 2 current bank statements, current paycheck stubs, IRS Taxes for 2013 and 2014. The more time went by Michael Gorelic kept misleading me, giving me alot of mistruth, he failed to market home. He failed to send my mortgage company a pasking more and more questions of his suspicious unprofessional behavior, along with Diana Rowe. I gave him my aunt and uncle information because they said they wanted to buy the home, since I had it built from ground up. I gave him all the information, everytime I asked him about it he kept saying he would call them. Michael Gorelic or Gavish Real Estate never called them. Finally I called my mortgage company in November 2014. I was informed Michael Gorelic only sent one counter offer for $151,000, they told him that was to low my home was worth more. I kept trying to contact him, I was giving run arounds, I started going on Internet to see what my home was worth and it was much much more.

After all the mistruth, Misleading information etc. I asked Michael Gorelic why haven't he meet with me, he is suppose to be my Agent. I explain to him I sold a home before never experienced this unprofessionalism, I informed him he he could not sale my home then I would like a unconditional release form. He tells me he would not give me a unconditional release form. One thing after another the situation went from bad to worse. Then I find out later that someone from Gavish Real Estate put my home January 2015 in MLS wit W/C with conditions. I contacted Michael Gorelic to find out who authorize my home to be taking off the sale market. Later I found out my signiture and initials was lifted off of wet copies and place on documents I never signed. Michael Gorelic went as far as making up counter offers, tampering and alerting documents. Michael Gorelic even got other co-workers to get involved. I started being harassed from him and others. Meanwhile my mortgage company states still to this day December 2015, Micheal Gorelic or Gavish Real Estate have not provided other two supposively counter offer.

Later a realtor got my information of the Internet pertaining to my home. Realtor called Michael Gorelic to find out what's going on with home at (((REDACTED))). Michael now claims I extended my contract for another year, which is Un true. Michael Gorelic have dates on documents like 4/30/2014 which I did not no him nor company. It is such much more I filed a complaint with Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. They have been fined for several violations etc. Other indenities is now investing Michael Gorelic , IDDO,Gavish and Gavish Real Estate. My house is now in foreclosure they refuse to remove my home out of MLS no wing I never signed the document. Thsee men do not deserve to have Real Estate License nor be in business. Now they hold my home in hostage from falsifying documents etc. Thank you for considering my complaint. Sincerely Pamela Coleman
