1. Hawaii Pacific v. Gayle Dickie: film fraud where Dickie fraudulently took money from the Hawaii film board. She was sued for misappropriation of trust funds, fraud, conversion, concealment. Evidence showed multiple wire transfer of trust funds to foreign bank accounts. Hawaii Pacific has a judgement against Gayle Dickie in excess of $500,000 that remains unpaid.

2. Buzbee v. Dickie et. al. Buzbee a well know attorney in Texas was duped by Gayle Dickie and her group by falsely representing that they had half of a movie budget but needed the other half. Buzbee invested the other half only to find out that all the representations made by Dickie and her group were false. He sued.

3. Several other entities have sued Dickie for the exact same fact patterns. In fact, the balance of the group with whom Dickie is associated includes, Weathervane Productions, Jason Van Eman, Benjamin McConley, Forrest Capital Partners. They have all been sued by at least five other entities including 818productions, Adana Investing, Superhuman International. Koetting, Nicole Conn LLC, Baker Film Fund. All of these lawsuits alleged the exact same pattern of fraud, converstion, concealment, misrepresentation.
