I just want anyone who may have googled my name and as a result of their search have read the ridiculous statements made.  There has been a final resolution of the lawsuit that was filed against me, my firm and my associate.  The case was thrown out on a Summary Judgment motion.  The judge found no merit in this case.

If  you want to confirm for yourself, go to Cause No. 429-02870-2014 and see for yourself.  There is an Order Granting Summary Judgment to me, my firm and my associate. Please do not believe everything you read on the internet.  Quite a bit of it, like this report done back in 2014 in an attempt to make me settle this lawsuit, is untrue. 

It looks like Craig Tinsley is associated in some way with Gaylene Rogers Lonergan of Lonergan Law Firm.  They are all being sued and accused of Fraud and other despicable acts.  I guess be careful or stay away from them entirely!

It looks like another person linked in with the Scampire, Gaylene Rogers Lonergan, has  a report posted about him. How many more of these people will be exposed.  CRAIG TINSLEY, what reputable attorney would be involved with that deadbeat, Craig Tinsley?  But they are both being sued   Look it up. Looks you might get another lawsuit filed if I can forward your response to the attorney that filed the lawsuit!  You can't bully your way out of this!

wyat title company are you currently working with?  On your Linked In it says a title conpany that you know longer work for. To the consumer or Real Estate Incestor, GaylenE Rogers Linergan is currently under investigation by several agencies, I would submit that potential parties call the prior title companies that Gaylene claims to have worked for. Ask for a reference, trust me you won't get a good one. Answer the question Gaylene, WHAT TITLE COMPANY ARE YOU WORKING FOR NOW!

 The report about me and my firm was filed by an attorney who is representing a client currently suing one of my clients regarding a real estate transaction.  The only part of this report that is true is that I am currently being sued along with my client.  

I have practiced in Dallas for over 30 years in real estate law and operated my own firm for over 14 years now and have never been fired by a title company for fraudulent conduct.  I have affiliated my firm as a fee attorney with various title companies over the last 14 years but have never been employed by any of these companies.  Several years ago, I was involved in a settlement with the Texas Department of Insurance regarding a violation of TDI rules but nothing involving fraudulent activity. In fact, the head of my then title agency assisted me with resolving this matter with TDI.

I am a Board Certified attorney in both Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law as well as a Certified Title Insurance Associate with the Texas Land Title Association.  None of these would be possible if I were ever found to have engaged in fraudulent behavior as an attorney or title office. 

I have never been sued for any action by a client and have never had any disciplinary action against me through the state bar of texas, something that I don't know that the attorney who filed the original report can say. I have only been involved in less than 5 legal actions against me or my firm during my 30 years career, and none of those were brought by clients, rather they were filed by third parties.  None of these actions have ever resulted in a judgment against me or my firm.

Rather than litigate his case in court, as it should be, this person has chosen to launch personal attacks against me in an effort to get a settlement of his case. This constitutes completely unethical behavior on his part.

I am happy to provide anyone considering doing business with our firm with references from my clients who I have assisted with resolving their real estate issues, including fighting foreclosure and challenging those who did engage in unethical activities, as well as assisting countless individuals looking to own their own home.

It is sad that rather than fight his case on the merits (or lack thereof) this attorney chooses to engage in behavior such as this - it speaks to the type of attorney he is.
