I got a call several nights in a row by a very rude telemarket person. The company was gaylord security numbers 425-227-7163 or 425-298-3963. I am single and just moved to a new home and wanted a security system but was really bothered by the unprofessional business ethics. I had been warned about this company by friends but they were the first ones that called for a free system lol, they charged me $99 for install but the salesmen told me it would be about $1800 to cover a 1000 square foot 3rd story condo with 2 doors and 3 windows.

I could not believe how shady this was the person on the phone says adt, they are not adt they are gaylord security lic. # gayloii055jg. Adt buys the contract and then charges gaylord to moniter the systems thats how it works.The installer showed up 2 days after i payed me $99. He was 4 hours late no courtesy call at all. When he showed up i could smell what i believe was alcohol and the told him i was cancelling and using my right to cancel before 3 days was up. He tryed to change my mind i closed the door and had just seen a (((competitor's name redacted))) ad on tv , WOW what a difference more equipment for $99 and more professional and a true know company unlike gaylords. I wish (((redacted))) much success and appreciate the professionalism.
