As others have reported, once you get on their lists, you're trapped in spam hell. SUPPOSEDLY (according to one response I got some years ago) if you ignore their posts for a year, they'll delete you from their lists. Don't fall for it!

If you DO write to them to request removal from their lists, all it does is confirm your screen name. Soon, you'll be sending those same shout-outs and connection requests that you're getting from everyone else... all without typing a single word. I think I'm hot and I want to meet me? Amazing...

Gayroughnecks and LeathermensDungeon are the two sites I'm aware of, but in looking at the reports here I see that there are many more. Whoever is behind these sites must have a pretty sad life if this is how he gets his jollies.
