GCA Inc, Global Cash Access, Global Cash Access Inc I withdrew money using global cash atm machine, no money dispersed, my account was charged and global cash refused to provide refund. These people are running the biggest scam in america! las vegas, Nevada

I tried to withdraw $200 from a global cash atm machine at boulder station. The transaction appeared to be working, but after 10 minutes of the machines saying it was dispersing my cash, nothing happend. I called a host over, who called a change lady over, who called a technician over. When the technician appeared he merely opened the machine and rebooted it. Once again, i tried to withdraw the money, and the second time it worked. Now the next day I check my account and the $200 had been withdrawn 2x. I went into the casino and complained to the cashier, who gave me global cash's phone number, which I called, got a recording telling me to call my bank. Called the bank, who transferred me to disputes, filed a dispute and one week later got a letter from the bank saying"too bad" you got the money, WHEN I NEVER GOT THE MONEY!! Back to calling global cash, who i personally filed a report with THREE TIMES and they DID NOTHING. Finally the casino was nice enough to reimburse me the cash, of course, Im going to spend it there, that was the whole point to this fiasco!! GLOBAL CASH IS A RIPOFF AND SOMEONE SHOULD SUE THEM!!  THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF LEFT AND RIGHT AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP.
