GCM-Abora This company does not deliver what it promises. They cannot find you a JOB! Denver Colorado

I wrote this email to the company about my complaint so I am passing it along to you. I was told I would find a job in 10 to 12 weeks, I was told that I would be getting access to non published jobs. I was not told that for $7,000.00 I had to print up letters and resumes and mail them myself. I have spent money on expensive paper, envelopes, stamps, and ink. I am to spend gas to go into the office once a week to talk about how this processes works. I have to do my own research into the companies you have listed; to see if they have an IT department and make phone calls to see if they have an opening. I also have to listen to how 99% of the companies do not have any openings in my field as they don't have an IT department. I have not made one contact that can refer me to another company that might have an opening. It is the 21st Century, we are using text messages and emails to communicate and technology is marching forward and GCM-Arbora is not. I am a technical person and I am using snail mail and phone calls to represent me. This is not helping me and makes me look like I am not current with the advances in my field. I feel that I am being disqualified for this out of date process. I have looked into other companies that do the same thing as GCM-Arbora and they offer a resume that can be emailed. Email addresses of managers to companies with truly non-published jobs that fit my needs. I would have a team of people working on my job search, with a real website telling my stories of my successes and accomplishments. These companies do all the mailing for their clients and teleconference weekly meetings and any other issues that need to be addressed. I have been ridiculed by employers or recruiters who learn I am using GCM-Arbora and given websites into complaints from others who have used your services and have not gotten a job. This also hurts my job hunting process. I am unhappy with my resume and with how I am being represented. I have many cross over skills and they are not being brought forth. I found out that most companies won't even look at a paper resume everything is done electronically. I will not find a job that meets my skills like this. I feel that GCM-Arbora misrepresented itself and that I am not being given the help I need to find a job in my field doing what I like. I was told that a current court case would not effect my finding a job and since I have using my own methods to find a job I have had many offers but all have been denied because of this court case. I have only been charged not convicted. I have sent my compaint to the BBB in Denver and I am talking to the media about this company. They don't mail anything out for you they take days to write letters, they don't give you any information only company name and addresses that you can get off the internet and making a phone call for the person you want to contact. I spent another $200.00 in expensive paper and stamps and not one offer. Dont go to this company there are better and cheaper ones to help you.
