Gdr Property Management LLC RICH CONSTRUCTION Poor management services, Over-Charge, disrespectiful Albuquerque, New Mexico

The company is pretty rude. They overcharge, and nickle and dime you for everything they can. Even to drive out to the property, they charge you $40/hr + tax!!!

That doesn't include any actual work that needs to be done, they charge separately for that too. All that, in addition to the 10% flat monthly fee they deduct from your rent, which is pure profit for them.

I mean, who charges to go visit the property? That should be included as part of the service you're paying for.

They are completely  non-responsive to emails, and if you send them more than one, they get all huffy and cop an attitude.

Bottom line, do not do business with this company, at all costs. Manage your own properties, or hire a chimp to do instead. All GDR does is suck your wallet dry.
