GE Appliance Service price advertised for repairs not what was charged Colorado Springs
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I made an appointment on the GE Appliance web site. The web site indicated the charge would be 60 dollars an hour labor plus parts.
The technnician made the repair in 15 minutes and charged me 150 for labor and 50 for the part.
I called the GE 800 number which by the way stands for GE-CARES. The rep I spoke to said, "Oh Well" and hung up.
Since then GE Appliances has been sending me junk mail as a "valued customer", soliciting for appliance insurance.
